With the holiday season upon us, I thought I would share my favorite eggnog recipe. Know your egg source as this is a no-cook recipe. OH! And it is great for breakfast too!!! 3 eggs 1/2 cup cream 1/2 cup half and half 2 Tbs sugar (or other sweetener of choice) 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt pinch of nutmeg Put the eggs, cream, half and half, sugar, vanilla, salt in a blender, and run it for 10 seconds or so. Pour into glasses, sprinkle a little nutmeg on top, and drink up. Makes 2 servings
I also like to do this with a stick blender in a mason jar...works really well and easy clean up. ENJOY!
